Student Transfers

TRANSFER REQUESTS

The window for students requesting transfers from their catchment / current school to another school in School District No. 67 for the September 2024/ 2025 school year is Thursday February 1st, 2024 at 8:00 am to Monday, April 8th, 2024 at 9am.

Transfer requests received prior to February 1 will be date / time stamped as "February 1, 2024, 8:00 am" and transfer requests received after April 8, 2024 may not be considered until September 2024.

Please drop off your completed transfer request form to your current school, the School Board Office or email it to [email protected]

Conditional Request for Student Transfers - This form would apply ONLY to families wishing to Request a Student Transfer from a current Grade 7 program into Grade 8 next year at a Secondary School.  
 
This Request for Student Transfer is made with the understanding that it is only valid if the Board moves forward with the proposed school closures and reconfiguration. If so, the conditional transfer requests will be processed (in accordance with AP 306: Choice and Flexibility), and families will be contacted.  
 
If the Board declines to move forward, these transfer requests will be destroyed.  
 
For all other transfers, a regular transfer form would be used.  
 
This form would need to be completed and submitted by April 9, 2024, at 9:00 am.
